 Peoples Exchange Paid Ad Requirements

(1) Ads must be 30 words or less.  Phone numbers count as one word,

(2) Your payment constitutes a contract with KLYR Radio for the amount of time purchased.  No refunds will be made for early cancellation of any ad submitted.

(3) KLYR Radio reserves the right reject any ad for any reason whatsoever.  Ads will not be aired if they contain pornographic, vulgar, or similarly obscene, offensive, or otherwise harmful themes

(4) Paid Ads may not include political content.  All political advertising on KLYR must comply with Federal laws governing political advertising on radio, and this prohibits airing certain political announcements without a standard political broadcast advertising contract.

(4) Refunds will be made ONLY if your ad has not yet been aired.  Refunds may be delayed, due to posting procedures of our online payment services.  If payment is warranted, a check will be mailed to the address supplied in submission of your ad.

(5) If there are any problems with the ad you submit (length, content, etc.), we will contact you by email.  Such problems may result in delay of your ad for one or more days.  If you feel your ad may be rejected for any reason, feel free to submit your ad for pre-approval by filling out the form below and then just skipping the payment page.  We will contact you by email regarding acceptance of your ad.  If accepted, you will then be forwarded to our payment page.
